I wanted to let the class of 1962 know that one of their own has passed away. My Mother, Mary Carolyn Adams, was called home on March 22, 2007. She found out she had Primary Liver Cancer in January 2006. On March 20, 2007 she was taken to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta Georgia with Septic Shock. She lost her battle with this infection at 12:43 p.m. on March 22, 2007. Her burial took place on March 24, 2007 at Rock Mountain Cemetary in Tallulah Falls, Georgia. She has the open sky above her and the woods and mountain tops to her side.
