Work: "Retired"...Praise the Lord!
I married L.J. Childs (Lester Childs,Jr.) in March of 1962, after graduating at mid-term of my senior year at Tech. We have two children, Gary age 38 who became a teacher/basketball coach, and Karen age 34 who is an executive secretary for TXU at the Comanche Peak Plant. I retired from Tolar Independent School District after 23 years as Director of Child Nutrition. We lived in Tolar, TX from 1972 until June of 2002. We bought a house on Lake 'O the Pines in East Texas, and moved down here when I retired. LJ has been retired from General Motors in Arlington since 1994. If any of you are ever in our area, please stop by and say hello. We may not recognize each other...after "ALL" these years, but hey, we could still talk about old times.
Our granddaughters, Paige age 13 and Devin Lea age 10. They are our daughter's girls.
