It seems that the best years and the worst years happen at the same time. 2005 was one of those years for the Wilkinson family. Early in the year we sold our home of 25 years and downsized to a smaller but new home. In the summer our daughter Laura made history twice. First by winning the World Championship, and becoming the only woman to ever win all of the world's major platform diving events - World Cup, Olympics, and World Championship. Then in winning her 15th National Championship she became the first woman in the world to score over 100 points on a single dive. Then in November tragedy hit when our daughter-in-law Soon Duk was killed in an automobile accident in Austin.

At Tech I majored in Engineering/Drafting and played on the basketball team.
I received a BBA(Accounting) degree from University of Texas at Arlington.

In 1969 I married Linda Lynch a 1967 graduate from Eastern Hills High School. We have two children Rob (born in 1973) and Laura (born in 1977). Rob graduated from Texas State Technical College in Waco, and Texas State University in San Marcos. After seven years in California he has moved back to Texas, and married Soon Duk Park on August 30, 2002. Laura graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in Dec. 2001. She won the gold medal in Platform Diving at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

Linda and I run our CPA firm in Houston where we have lived since 1975.
